Refund Policy

At Mollsistry Studio, we provide services through PittVirt Assist on a contract basis. All projects, deliverables, and fees are governed by a written agreement between Mollsistry Studio and the client.

No Refund Policy

  • All contracted work is non-refundable.
     

  • Once a contract is signed and work has begun, payments made toward the agreed-upon services cannot be refunded.
     

  • This policy applies regardless of project completion status, client withdrawal, or change of scope after contract execution unless otherwise stated in the contract.
     

 

Payment Terms

  • All payment terms, schedules, and conditions are outlined in the individual contract with each client.
     

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding payment obligations before signing the contract.
     

 

Exceptions

Refunds are not offered. Any exceptions, if applicable, must be explicitly stated in the signed contract with the client.
